Description

One of the challenges of learning music is the fact that practice is often an isolated experience. It’s just you and your guitar in a room with a metronome. The greatest joy of playing music comes when you play with other musicians. Marc has written a book of guitar duets to get students playing with each other.  Each piece features a new rhythm that is introduced at the beginning of the song as a clapping study, so students have a chance to learn a rhythm and then to internalize it through repetition. The book may be used for the teacher to play along with a student or for two students to play together. Published 2020.
