Live Bands: Sly Dogs and the Bird, Hot DAM, Caroline Thompson Band

In the 1980s, Enkin was the bass player for Sly Dogs and the Bird​ (Mark Stafford, Jeff Peacock, Arnold Winterhoff, Marc Enkin), a Toronto ​blues band that performed throughout Toronto and Ontario. I​t featured special guests Jeff Healey ​(Roadhouse) and Gordie Johnson (Big Sugar). CBC filmed a documentary on the blues​ scene in Toronto, Shades of Blue, featuring ​The Sly Dogs ​and legendary singers Jackie Richardson, Molly Johnson, Jodie Drake, and Danny Marks. In the 1990s, Enkin played electric bass for R&B band Hot DAM featuring Maryem Hassan; and piano for the Caroline Thompson funk and R&B band. Both bands were featured on Breakfast Television (City TV).
